Rigpa follows a strict
privacy policy:

We do not
share addresses, contact information, or donation information with any
organization that is not operating under the direct guidance of Sogyal Rinpoche
with the following exception:
o Your name and address information may be given to
an institution with which Rigpa is collaborating for one time use only, for the
purpose of sending flyers regarding Rigpa programs at that institution.

We do share
your information, however, with Rigpa International and Sogyal Rinpoche
himself. The purpose of our student care data collection systems, and
especially the photo collection, is so that Rinpoche himself can get to know
you and bring you closer to him.

We do not
divulge addresses or contact information of students to other students.
·
We do not
divulge financial assistance received. If you are receiving financial
assistance, we ask that you identify yourself to your local sangha
core team or instructor or care person so that you can offer your time and
skills to the running of your sangha.

Though Rigpa
makes every effort to preserve donor and customer privacy, we may need to
disclose personal information when required by law.
